英語的修辭手法裡是不是並不區分設問和反問？

大概搜了一下，網上很多說英語裡設問和反問都叫rhetorical question。

但是維基百科上對rhetorical question的解釋是：“A

rhetorical question

is a figure of speech in the form of a question that is asked to make a point rather than to elicit an answer。 Though classically stated as a proper question， such a rhetorical device by implying a question， and therefore may not always require a question mark when written。 ”這樣看來好像又只有反問，而沒有設問的含義。

那麼問題是，如果英語中區分設問和反問，設問如何表達？
