之前我沒有選擇把當天發出的疑問貼翻譯出來，原因有二，一是新人比較多上來問怎麼用的也有，當然其實大部分重複的問題都是被管理員取消發表了的，二是有些問題在我看到的當下沒有答案，在我看來比較沒有營養，畢竟我們更需要知道問題以及答案。今日我選擇在空餘時間將問題放出來是因為我看到一些答案對於我們需要的人還是有一些幫助的，希望大家能做個參考。

回帖C（Jessica M.）：My dear husband is surviving 18 months of GBM with two tumor in right side of his brain (perial, and frontal lobe). First one was operated and second one did not. He started with 6 weeks of daily radiation and temedor, then 12 months (5/23) of temodor, and optune. From beginning we put him on more that 60 pills of different kind of supplements daily to give him strength, prevent low platelet, and most importantly stop the tumor growth. Luckily no growth for past 18 months. On January we got familiar with FZ through Mr. Tapper blog. At that time we started with 222 mg 3 days on and 4 off. But nothing changed for 3 months. So we changed the plan: 3 weeks of 444 mg daily, then moved to 5 days on and 2 days off. Last two MRIs on May and July shows gradual decrease in size of peripherally enhancing lesion in both tumor locations.

In July visit, his oncologist says: he has not seen this so often and so exited about it. Of course he does not have any idea about all things we have down during past 18 months.

在7月的訪問中，他的腫瘤醫生說：他從未看到過這種情況發生（或者叫雖然見過但是也不多），因此對此非常興奮。當然，他對我們過去18個月所發生的一切一無所知。

Help please! This is my first post. My husband has metastatic esophageal cancer and has been on Joe's protocol for 4 weeks now. His lymphoedema is getting really bad, swelling in his face is out of control. Just wondering if ANYBODY would have any suggestions, similar experiences, any tips. Is it possible that his system can't keep up with the cancer die off? All observable lesions are definitely changing, shrinking. We are wondering if we should still continue with the 3 days on and 4 off or if a longer break is needed??????

我會換其他的品牌。。。比如如果你在用panacur（喬原版牌子）可能試試換成safe-guard品牌的。腫脹是第一天開始（服用芬苯）就有的嗎？在沒有服用的時間裡是不是會好一些？

回帖D（Pierre V.）:I would get him a wedge pillow to keep him slightly elevated, do panacur every night and add theracumin for swelling and IP6 to help his immune system to keep up. Milk thistle is always good too. Maybe a bit of olive oil with the panacur to help with absorption.

回帖E（Marie R.）:Swollen lymph nodes mean that they are doing the job.....bodies sewer system. Seems they cannot clean out fast enough and need some TLC. You can look at adding herbs to help and or get lymphatic massages, rebounding etc.

Coworker's mom had stage 4 lung cancer tumors every where and large one on esophagus. She was given advice to get her affairs in order. Got on Turkey tail, that was summer 2018. All tumors are gone and she's good. Doctor speechless. At some point she was on keytruda. She took 8 capsules a day. Maybe something to consider?

去Google Scholar（谷歌學術）研究一下。Paul Stamets（人名）的TedTalks（節目名）。Host Defense Turkey tail mushroom（產品名及品牌，Turkey tail的中文名是雲芝）。一個小故事。同事的媽媽是四期肺癌，腫瘤到處都是，食道上有個大的。有人勸她把後事安排好的。2018年夏天她開始服用雲芝，所有的腫瘤都沒了，她人現在好好的。醫生們都啞口無言了。大概在曾經的某個時候她是用過Keytruda的。她每天吃8顆（膠囊）。也許可以考慮一下？

回帖I（Joan D.S.）:Would go to FENBEN everyday. Some are adding it to DMSO for absorption. If you add turkey tail, make sure you take with food. Also agree with Massotherapy, BUT has to be someone who specializes in lymphatic drainage. Drink at least 64 ounces of water following any Massotherapy. Finally, you may want to consider calling the Care oncology Clinic for an appointment and start their regimen of 4 off label drugs (per Jane McLellands book on how to starve cancer.)

其他回覆者回復B：I also have PC, I did include the Vit E Succinate after I think it was Smedley Luck who recommended it for PC.

回帖C（）：E shouldn't be an issue with the exception of some hormone-related cancers. Black Cumin Seed Oil can be used in its stead and has lots of science studies especially against breast cancer cells. Jane's "drugs" are pharmaceuticals, many of which can cause growth of cancer, even over the counters. Dr Gerson as well as many other holistic docs, and I agree, that you can't heal a disease promoted by toxicity and inflammation by adding more toxins. Starving cancer is about as easy as bobbing for 20lb apples.

我媽媽得得是小細胞惡性上皮腫瘤（在醫學上專指由上皮組織來源的惡性腫瘤，其它由結締組織來源的惡性腫瘤只稱作惡性腫瘤，如：肌肉或骨骼的惡性肉瘤（Sarcoma）、黑色素細胞的惡性黑色素瘤（melanoma）、生殖細胞的畸胎瘤（Teratoma）-自百度），她很痛，有任何技巧/建議嗎？她正在用喬得方案，而我正在學習如何阻斷癌症途徑。對於這種疼痛我們能做些什麼呢？她的醫生想給她注射嗎啡。

回帖A（Renee M.R.): Have u looked into getting a medical marijuana card. We just went to the holistic dr today and we are getting one for my husband. He has lost about 45 pounds, has no appetite, and pain. The dr recommended a gummy. I guess the THC can help with all of those? We are new to this but at this point I think we are open to anything. Plus I think it is better than taking pain meds. Anyway, just a thought.
