2019英語二作文大綱變化

一、備忘錄（報告）

備忘錄主體文章寫法參照具體題目要求，但是要注意書寫固定格式。

格式如下：

正文內容（言簡意賅）

四行分別在書寫最左側頂格寫，與普通書信相比，省略了禮貌結尾。

範文：

學校將舉辦運動會，學生會給所有志願者傳送一個備忘錄，提醒大家參加志願者培訓，並介紹培訓內容。

As you may know， the sports meeting of this year is coming soon。 To organize a successful sports event and better serve all sportsmen and spectators， all volunteers will be required to take part in a two-week training。 The specific contents are as follows： First， school leaders will briefly introduce the events calendar， including the opening and closing ceremony。 Second， our volunteers will be divided into five groups。 Each group has its specific responsibility， such as referee affairs， spectator services and security check。 Third， each volunteer will get his/her uniform at the end of the training。 Please wear it during the whole sports meeting so as to be easily identified by all people。

The training will be held before May 30 at the student center。 Hopefully， all volunteers could attend on time。 We are sure everyone can benefit from this training project and enjoy a meaningful volunteering experience。
