除了“It's your turn”，輪到你做決定了，用英語還可以怎麼表達

勿以惡小而為之，勿以善小而不為，大丈夫有所為有所不為，該出手時就出手，特別是輪到自己的時候。現在都是講團隊合作的時候，團隊的每個人分工不一樣，但基本上都是人盡其才。

提到輪到的次序，首先想到的是單詞 turn，一句 it's your turn 就歷歷在目，常被縮寫為“IYT”，它既簡便又順口，意思是“輪到你了”，後面常可以接不定式，表示輪到某人做某事，例如：

When it‘s your turn， take another card。

輪到你時，再抓一張牌。

It’s your turn to do the table。

輪到你擺放餐具了。

It‘s your turn to bath the baby。

輪到你給嬰兒洗澡了。

It’s your turn to cook dinner。

該你做飯了。

表達“輪到你做決定了”還可以用一個地道的表達方式，the ball is in your court，通常不要理解為它的字面意思“球在你的球場”，它被用來比喻輪到某人決定是否做某事，非常地貼切，例如：

They invited you， so the ball is in your court now。 Do you want to go out with them or not？

他們邀請了你，所以現在輪到你決定了。你想不想和他們一起出去？

I can‘t do anything as long as the ball is in John’s court。

The entire family has stood by his decision to move to another country but the ball is in his court if he decides to change his mind at the last minute。

短語動詞 lie with sb (to do sth) 可以用來表示是某人的職責或責任做某事，也即某人應該做決定做某事，例如：

It lies with you to accept or reject the proposals。

接受或是拒絕這些建議由你決定。

You know where we stand， but the decision ultimately lies with you。

你知道我們的立場，但最終決定權在你。

提到“決定”就不得不提 decision，我們可以使用一些句子來表示做決定，如 the decision is yours 或 the moment of decision has arrived 等等，或者對應的一些短語如 make a decision 或 take a decision，例如：

make a decision：

I‘d like a second opinion before I make a decision。

我在作決定之前，想聽聽別人的意見。

We can’t make a decision based on hearsay and guesswork。

我們不能根據傳言和猜測作決定。

take a decision：

I don‘t think that he would take such a decision。

我認為他不會作出這樣的決定。

At the end of the season， the club will take a decision。

到賽季結束，球隊會做出決定。

A decision was taken to discipline Marshall。

已作出對馬歇爾進行處罰的決定。
