雷奇俊，號由心堂，湖南永州人，本科，獲學士學位，研讀於清華大學美術學院中國畫研究生班，問學於李智綱、範治斌先生。曾先後供職於《國畫經典》雜誌社、湖北美術出版社，主要從事中國畫寫意花鳥創作與研究，兼藝術策展、編輯及評論。現為《品畫》微刊主編、《當代美術》雜誌副主編，後寫意花鳥畫會發起人與倡導者之一，工作生活於北京。

Lei Qijun， born in Yongzhou， Hunan Province， has a bachelor‘s degree。 He studied in the graduate class of Chinese painting of Academy of fine arts of Tsinghua University and asked Mr。 Li Zhigang and fan Zhibin to learn。 He has successively worked in the magazine of classic Chinese painting and Hubei Fine Arts Publishing House， mainly engaged in the creation and research of freehand flower and bird painting in Chinese painting， as well as art curation， editing and comment。 Now， he is the editor in chief of Pinhua micro magazine， the deputy editor in chief of contemporary art magazine， and one of the promoters and advocates of the post freehand flower and Bird Painting Association。 He lives and works in Beijing
