春節放假前,外貿人給國外客戶的放假通知該怎麼寫?(附模板)

其實在春節放假前,外貿人要做好的工作還有很多,這些工作都是為了給年後的客戶跟進和訂單開發做充足的預熱和準備,保持商務溝通的連貫性和專業性,

而今天要說的則是特別要記得提前給客戶傳送郵件告知公司的春節放假事宜。

雖然很多國外客戶都知道春節放假,但是並不清楚我們放假的具體時間。如果春節期間客戶有采購安排,也可以提前溝通,做好年前和年後的工作銜接。

因此,正在跟進和已經成交的客戶,我們都要在放假前告知客戶,讓客戶有個心理準備。

同時要告訴客戶我們的應急聯絡方式,如果假期有突發情況,可以隨時聯絡上。

自動回覆

另外為了防止一些客戶在春節假期時間發來詢盤或者其他的郵件,而你又不能及時處理,如果客戶沒有收到任何訊息的回覆,給客戶的體驗感會很不好,也可能會因此而丟單。

所以,外貿人在放假前一天,一定要記得在郵箱設定一個特殊的自動回覆。

Your mail is well received。 Our CNY Holidays last from XXX to XXX。 I will get back to you once coming back to work。 For anything urgent, please text me on WeChat, WhatsApp or simply call me。
