前幾日在電視新聞上偶然看見 洛杉磯的一個教授已經研發出可穿戴人工腎 預計兩年左右上市 這將是對尿毒症患者的一個福音 但是在網上我沒有搜到更多的相關資訊（也可能我搜索姿勢不對_（：3」∠）_）所以有沒有了解的人可以詳細解答一下 它真的可以完全代替透析嗎 或者有哪些不完善的地方

最近的一次臨床試驗：

‘Dr。 Jonathan Himmelfarb 來自 University of Washington 和他的同事們創造了一個持續工作的可穿戴腎臟 ，在早期實驗研究中有效治療時間在八小時以內。現在他們報道了由平均透析時間為15個月的11個晚期病人參與新的24小時試驗結果。五名病人完成了24小時的治療，期間儀器工作正常。一名病人因為血液迴圈的凝結（clotting of the blood circuit）不得不停止試驗。兩名病人的機器在試驗結束以前需要更換新電池。三名病人不得不中斷來移除血液迴圈中的氣泡。這些裝置問題導致臨床試驗提前停止。’

看下來，現在仍然還在臨床試驗階段，據稱大規模生產上市使用還需要幾年來，來其保證安全和有效性。Ps，不過答主很看好，一方面主要要解決的是技術穩定問題，另一方面市場需求因該挺大的，要是上市我立馬買 ！

我記著，好像日本比較厲害，希望早日發明人工腎
